    【摘要】目的：探通加典必殊膏泪道灌注治疗泪道阻塞，使部分病人免于手术，提高慢性泪囊炎的治疗率。方法：观察102例患者，用空心针头探通后灌注典必殊膏。结果：全部病例术后溢泪症状减轻，泪道冲洗通畅，探通后3个月~1年，总有效率为88%。结论：探通加典必殊膏灌注可使手术前期和部分手术期的病人不手术即得到治愈，提高了慢性泪囊炎的治愈率。
