复合高压水囊前列腺止血系列导管的改良及应用(附136例报告)

【摘要】目的 研究改良的复合高压水囊前列腺手术止血导管在耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术和前列腺电切术中的止血效果。方法 耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术中置复合高压水囊前列腺手术止血导管压迫腺窝同步行腺窝缘缩缝止血及前列腺电切术单用止血导管行止血治疗。结果 本组136 例,行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术 46 例和前列腺电切术 90 例,止血效果可靠,均未经输血治疗,手术出血得到明显控制。结论 改良的二代前列腺手术系列止血导管在继承一代止血导管止血效果的同时,使用更方便。
