    【摘要】目的 评价ACEI和ARB类抗高血压药物的使用情况和发展趋势。方法 利用金额排序法和DDDs分析法对我院抗高血压药的用药金额、频度、用量及日治疗费用等进行统计与分析。结果 ARB类2年间的使用金额与用药频度均列首位,并呈上升趋势。结论 不良反应发生率低的ARB是临床医生和患者的首选,但应注意避免药物联用引起的不良反应,保障用药安全。
