摘要：本文结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴舌感异常的案例，简述王彦刚教授从胃辨治舌感异常的经验，即从慢性萎缩性胃炎的病机湿、痰、滞、瘀、虚5个方面入手，以清热利湿、化浊解毒为根本大法，辅以化痰、散瘀、通滞、滋阴之品，治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴舌感异常。
