摘要：药学监护思维是药学思维与临床思维的有机结合。《伤寒论》蕴含着非常丰富的药学监护思维内涵，体现了以患者为中心、对病情发展即时干预的临床药学服务理念。本文从病情评估和用药选择、药物服用方法及用药后注意事项3个方面对《伤寒论》蕴含的药学监护思维进行梳理、概括，为中药临床药学的发展提供理论支持。
