摘要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性系统性自身免疫疾病，艾灸治疗RA疗效确切、安全性高且不产生依赖性，缓解症状的同时能促进机体逐步恢复正常免疫水平。本文从固有免疫、体液免疫、细胞免疫、细胞因子及免疫器官等方面综述近年来艾灸治疗RA的机制研究，并探讨现有研究存在的问题，为临床及深入研究提供参考。
