     摘要：本文从病因病机、治法方药等方面探析了李丽芸教授治疗子宫性不孕的临床经验。李教授认为，女子胞不孕之病因种类繁多，寒、热、虚、实均可成为致病因素，应当辨清寒、热、虚、实加以论治。并附验案以进一步探寻李教授的临证思路。
