扶正散结解毒方治疗大肠癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏临床研究(1)
摘要：目的 觀察扶正散结解毒方对大肠癌术后化疗患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)的改善及其生活质量和免疫功能的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将136例患者分为对照组和治疗组各68例。对照组采用FOLFOX4化疗方案，治疗组在对照组基础上予扶正散结解毒方，每日1剂，每日2次，口服。2组均连续治疗12个化疗周期。比较2组治疗前后生活质量核心问卷(QLQ-C30)、Piper疲乏自评量表及卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分，检测外周血T细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平。结果 与本组治疗前比较，治疗组QLQ-C30躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能、社会功能评分升高(P<0.05)；2组治疗后比较，治疗组各功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较，治疗组治疗后疲乏程度减轻，KPS评分升高(P<0.05)；2组治疗后比较，治疗组疲乏程度改善优于对照组，KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较，治疗组外周血CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及IgA、IgG、IgM水平升高(P<0.05)；2组治疗后比较，治疗组上述指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 扶正散结解毒方可改善大肠癌术后化疗患者体力状况，缓解CRF程度，提高生活质量，并可调节细胞和体液免疫功能。

Abstract： Objective To observe the effects of Fuzheng Sanjie Jiedu Decoction on life quality and immune function of cancer-related fatigue (CRF) patients with postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer. Methods Totally 136 cases were randomly divided into control group (68 cases) and treatment group (68 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy， and the treatment group was given Fuzheng Sanjie Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group， one dosage per day， twice a day， orally. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 chemotherapy cycles. The Quality of Life Questionnaire Core-30 (QLQ-C30)， the Piper Fatigue Scale and KPS scores were compared between the two groups. Peripheral blood T cell subsets and serum IgA， IgG， IgM levels were detected. Results Compared with before treatment， the body function， role function， emotional function， cognitive function and social function score of QLQ-C30 in the treatment group increased (P<0.05). After treatment， the functional scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment， the treatment group had reduction in fatigue and increase in KPS score (P<0.05). After treatment， the improvement of fatigue in the treatment group was better than that in the control group， and the KPS score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment， the levels of CD4+， CD4+/CD8+ and IgA， IgG and IgM in peripheral blood of the treatment group increased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group， the improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Sanjie Jiedu Decoction can improve the physical condition of postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer， relieve fatigue， improve life quality， and regulate cell ular and humoral immune function., 百拇医药(宁为民 邓丽娥 何世东 谢洁芸 赖振华 何绍初)
