摘要：小儿便秘虽病位在大肠，但与心、肝、脾、肺、肾等脏腑功能密切相关。“魄门亦为五脏使”，即魄门的启闭依赖肺气的宣降、脾气的升提、肾气的固摄、肝气的条达、心神的主宰。本文基于气机角度，从五脏六腑功能对小儿便秘进行辨治阐述，以期能达到五脏六腑气机调畅，脏腑顺利进行藏泻，魄门开合启闭有度。
