摘要：心力衰竭发病率持续升高，以利尿剂、强心剂、扩血管剂及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等为主的西药治疗效果不理想、不良反应较多。近年来，中药治疗心力衰竭成果突出。本文从中药复方、单味药、中药提取物3个方面对近5年中药治疗心力衰竭分子机制研究进行梳理，为临床治疗提供参考。
