    反复呼吸道感染(简称“复感”)是指单位时间(1年)内频繁出现上呼吸道、下呼吸道感染超过一定次数的一组临床综合征[1]。复感患儿(简称“复感儿”)若治疗不彻底，容易向慢性化发展，甚至并发哮喘、心肌炎、肾炎等，严重影响患儿身心健康[2]。关于伏九穴位敷贴[3-4]、四时辨体捏脊疗法[5]已有报道，但穴位选择、时机、频率、疗程、方法等尚未统一，临床疗效有一定差异。本研究在前期基础上联合敷贴与捏脊，筛选儿童复感的优化方案，现报道如下。
