摘要：目的 建立龙血竭总黄酮的纯化工艺。方法 以龙血素A、龙血素B的吸附率和解吸率为评价指标，采用大孔树脂纯化龙血竭总黄酮，确定最佳纯化工艺。结果 大孔树脂纯化龙血竭总黄酮的最佳工艺为：选择D101大孔树脂，用0.3%NaOH溶液溶解龙血竭乙酸乙酯提取物，上样质量浓度为12 mg/mL，上样量为2 BV，上样体积流量为1.0 BV/h，依次用纯化水洗脱杂质至流出液呈中性为止，再用80%乙醇5 BV洗脱。得到的龙血竭总黄酮含量以龙血素A和龙血素B计，比药材中含量提高了3倍。结论 D101大孔树脂可用于龙血竭总黄酮的纯化，该工艺稳定可靠。
