摘要：本文介绍国医大师张学文运用益胃汤治疗厌食的经验。张老认为，厌食责之脾胃，或脾失运化，痰湿中阻;或胃阴亏虚，受纳失常;或饮食积滞，失于升降;或情志失调，肝气横犯。治疗时当脾胃分治，切忌笼统盖之，以偏概全。张老善用益胃汤化裁，治疗厌食之胃阴亏虚证，临床效果显著。
