摘要：朱启勇教授结合“毒邪”的中医理论，认为难治性咳嗽病因病机总属余邪未清，余邪即毒，而肺处阳位，邪又易热化，故提出“从毒论治”，临床上常用板蓝根、贯众、野菊花等抗毒清热，佐以祛风、清咽等法，该诊治思路颇具特色，便于推广应用。
