张晋峰分期论治青春期原发性痛经经验(1)

     摘要：原发性痛经是妇科常见病，以青春期女性多见。西医治疗以止痛为主，疗效较差。张晋峰主任认为原发性痛经的病机以脾胃虚弱为本，寒凝血瘀为标;治疗上主张分期论治，非经期健运脾胃固中州以治其本，经前期及经期因势利导祛寒瘀以治其标，标本兼治，内外合治，辨证加减，疗效显著。本文总结张晋峰主任分期论治青春期原发性痛经的临床经验，以资临床借鉴。

Experience of Zhang Jinfeng in Treatment of Primary Adolescent Dysmenorrhea by Stages

    Abstract： Primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease， mostly seen in adolescent women. Western medicine mainly deals with pain and has poor efficacy. Director Zhang Jinfeng believes that the pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea is based on weakness of spleen and stomach and marked by haemorrheological nature and blood stasis. He treats primary adolescent dysmenorrhea by stages， believes that we should tonify spleen and stomach during non-menstrual period to treat the root， and remove haemorrheological stasis before and during period to treat symptoms， with internal and external treatment， adding and subtracting for syndrome differentiation， and with obvious efficacy. This article summarized the clinical experience of Director Zhang Jinfeng in treating primary adolescent dysmenorrhea by stages for clinical references.

    痛經是指行经前后或月经期出现下腹部疼痛、坠胀，伴有腰酸或其他不适，临床可分为原发性痛经和继发性痛经。原发性痛经即无器质性病变的功能性痛经，以青春期女性居多;继发性痛经指继发于盆腔炎性疾病、子宫内膜异位症等器质性病变者。本院张晋峰主任医师为第五、六批全国名老中医专家学术经验继承工作指导老师，长期从事中西医结合妇科临床、科研等工作，尤以青春期原发性痛经疗效显著。笔者有幸跟随张师学习，获益匪浅，兹将其相关治疗经验介绍如下。, 百拇医药(王瑞霞)
