Abstract： Network pharmacology which depends on a network-construction idea of “multi components， multi targets and multi pathways” is consistent with the “integrality” concept which plays an important role in TCM theory. It is more convenient and precise to predict and analyze the mechanism of action of TCM compounds， and can expound and demonstrate some viewpoints commonly used in the compatibility of TCM. Therefore， network pharmacology has received extensive attention and recognition from scholars in recent years. This article reviewed the literature on the mechanism of action of TCM compounds in the past 5 years， and discussed the compatibility laws and regulations of “emperor， minister， adjuvant and courier” medicine (which were called jun-chen-zuo-shi in Chinese)， medicinal pairs， different treatments for the same disease， and same treatment for different disease from the research process of network pharmacology., 百拇医药(赵炳聪 李亚鸿 解红霞)
