Ⅱ型糖尿病患者C反应蛋白与周围神经病变的关系

     【摘 要】 目的 探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清C反应蛋白与周围神经病变的发生有无相关性。方法 测定137例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血清CRP和四肢SEP及相关临床生化参数,并将其分成SEP正常组(A组),SEP异常组(B组)。结果两组CRP、HbA1C水平有显著差异(P<0.05~0.01)。所测CRP与SEP检测中的左上肢潜伏期(N20)呈正相关(P<0.05~0.01),HbA1C与SEP检测中的上肢潜伏期(N20)、左下肢(P40、N50、P60)、右下肢(P40、P60)呈正相关。结论 长期高血糖状态是糖尿病周围神经病变的最主要原因,而CRP在Ⅱ型糖尿病周围神经病变的发生发展中起的作用有待进一步研究。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein (CRP) and diabetic neuropathy in type 2 diabetes. MethodsLevels of CRP and SEP of limbs were determined in 137 patients with type 2 diabetes as well as various clinical and biochemical parameter. According to the result of SEP, these patients were divided into normal group and abnormal group. ResultsLevels of CRP and HbA1C in abnormal patients were significantly elevated compared with control (P<0.05~0.01). Only latent period of left upper limb (N20) in SEP was correlated positively with CRP levels in type 2 diabetes. HbA1C levels in type 2 diabetes was correlated positively with upper limb (N20), left lower limb (P40、N50、P60), right lower limb (P40、P60) in SEP. ConclusionLasting higher blood sugar concentration is the main reason of diabetic neuropathy, and that the effect of CRP is not clear. ......
