【摘 要】 目的 探讨景观治疗对Ⅱ型糖尿病血糖、血脂的影响。方法 选取2007～2008年入院20例Ⅱ型糖尿病疗养员为观察对象,应用景观治疗方法,测定疗养前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、血脂变化。结果 疗养后 FBG、PBG、总胆固醇(TC) 、三酰甘油(TG)与疗养前比较均明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)疗养后增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 景观治疗可控制血糖,改善血脂代谢,有效预防和降低糖尿病致动脉粥样硬化、冠心病和微血管病变的危险因素。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of the landscape convalescence therapy on blood glucose and blood lipid of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes .Methods Twenty patients with type Ⅱ diabetes admitted to hospital were selected and treated with landscape convalescence therapy.The fasting blood glucose(FBG), post-prandial 2 hours blood glucose(PBG)and blood lipid were measured respectively before and after therapy.Results After recuperation, the level of FBG, PBG, total cholesterol (TC)and triacylglycerol(TG)were significantly lower than those before the treatment,there was statistical significance between them(P<0.01),and the level ofHDL-C was also significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Landscape convalescence therapy can control the blood glucose level and lipid metabolism, which can effectively prevent and reduce risk factors of atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease and capillary vessel lesions caused by diabetes. ......
