【摘 要】 目的 对海洛因依赖合并糖尿病患者实施健康教育的早期效果进行评价。方法 由护士采用“一对一”的健康教育形式向患者介绍相关知识,制订出适合病人的饮食措施,教会病人自我监测血糖、尿糖,指导病人进行合理的体育锻炼,建立正常的社交关系,做一些力所能及的工作,消除烦恼和空虚,避免复吸等;并对健康教育前后患者对疾病的认知能力和自我管理能力进行对比评价。结果 健康教育后病人对疾病知识的认识水平和自我管理能力明显高于健康教育前。结论 健康教育是提高病人生存质量,减少并发症发生的有效方法。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate early efficacy of health education for heroin reliers complicated with diabetes.Methods The health education was performed among the patients one by one by the duty nurse who introduced the relevant knowledge and formulated diet measures. Patients were also instructed in aspects such as self-monitoring of blood glucose and urine glucose, reasonable physical exercise, establishment of normal social relationship, doing what they can do by themselves, eliminating of annoyance and void, avoidance of relapse etc. Congnition of diseases and self-management ability were compared and evaluated before and after health education. Results The cognitive level of the disease and the ability of self-management after health education were obviously higher than those before health education. Conclusion Health education is an effective method to raise quality of life and decrease complications. ......
