【摘要】 目的 研究探讨“十一五”以来我国疗养康复医学学科的新进展。方法 收集检索我国我军疗养康复医学学科建立发展的历史沿革相关资料,并进行归纳整理和分析总结。结果 疗养康复医学是疗养医学与康复医学交叉、渗透、整合而成的一门新型的边缘学科。在我国政府和军队医疗卫生部门的正确决策下,疗养康复医学创办了自己的学术机构,创新了自己的学科模式,创立了自己的学科技术和方法,在预防、保健、治疗、康复领域中对健康、亚健康、慢性疾病、伤残人员的身心健康起到了很好的促进作用,在各种突发性事件的医学应对中体现了贡献社会的核心价值。结论 疗养康复医学这一边缘学科开拓出了新的天地。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explor the new development of the convalescent and rehabilitation medical subject since eleventh five-year plan.Methods The relevant history data on establishing and development of the convalescent and rehabilitation medical subjects in PLA were collected,analysed and reviewed.Results The convalescent and rehabilitation medicine is a new frontier branches of science in which convalescent medicine and rehabilitation medicine penetrate and combine with each other. Under the correct decision ofour government and PLA medical department, the convalescent and rehabilitation medical subjects establishedits own academic institution and innovated its own subject mode and set up its own technology and approach.It had a positive effect on health, subhealth, chronic diseases and mental health of disabled persons in the field of prevention, health care, treatment and rehabilitation.It embodies core values of contributing to society by dealing with various kinds of medical emergencies.Conclusion The convalescent and rehabilitation medicine,as a frontier branches of science, open up a new world. ......
