杭州疗养因子对老年人血压\血脂的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨杭州疗养因子对老年人血压、血脂的影响。方法 随机选择来院疗养的老年人146名,采用规律饮食、自然疗养因子、药物、运动疗法、景观疗养等综合治疗措施,比较疗养前和疗养15 d后血压、血脂变化情况。结果 治疗15 d后与治疗前比较,血压、血脂有所降低。结论 杭州疗养因子对老年人血压、血脂有降低作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of convalescent factors in Hangzhou sanitarium on blood pressure and lipid in the aged.Methods 146 old people recuperating in our sanatorium were randomly selected and given comprehensive treatment including regular diet,natural convalescent factors,drugs,exercise therapy and landscape convalescence etc.The blood pressure and lipid were compared before and 15 days after treatment ......
