摘 要 目的： 提高社区脑卒中患者相关知识的掌握程度，评价其健康教育效果。方法： 对社区新发脑卒中的100名患者进行集中讲课与个别辅导相结合的健康教育干预，了解教育前后相关知识的掌握情况，比较分析健康教育的效果。结果：健康教育后，脑卒中患者相关知识的掌握情况得到了明显提高，但不同患者相关知识的提高程度有差异。结论：社区医护人员要注重对脑卒中患者及其照顾者的健康教育。

    Effect of health education on the disease awareness rate of the patients after

    suffering from stroke

    ABSTRACT Objective: To raise the awareness rate of the relative knowledge to prevent stroke after the patients suffering from stroke and to evaluate the effect of health education on it. Method: 100 patients after suffering from stroke in the community were given the health education interference collectively and individually, whose awareness of the relative knowledge was investigated before and after health education and their result was compared and analyzed. Results: After health education, the awareness of the relative knowledge of the patients after suffering from stroke was obviously raised, there is a difference in the degree of the improvement of relative knowledge among patients.
