摘 要 目的：对DDD的误区进行分析。方法：通过对国内药物利用分析类文献的比较，找出DDD的误区。结果：国内DDD的误区体现在4个方面：DDD是临床限制用药剂量、DDD是处方日剂量、DDD设定行为个体化和DDD设定方法多样化。结论：我国DDD存在一些误区，不利于药物利用分析工作的开展，应引起足够重视。
