摘 要 目的：调查嘉定区马陆镇30岁以上居民血脂水平和异常现状，为社区心脑血管疾病防治提供资料。方法：对辖区7 014名健康体检者检测血脂水平，分析血脂异常与性别、年龄段关系。结果：TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平分别为(5.08±1.01)mmol/L、(1.51±1.19)mmol/L、(1.46±0.38)mmol/L、(3.07±0.85) mmol/L；异常率分别为41.2%、13.5%、10.1%、31.7%。结论：马陆镇30岁以上居民血脂异常率高，以高TC、LDL-C为主，应做好早期综合防治。
