南京市食药监系统监管协调性影响因素研究(1)

摘 要 为探索南京市食药监系统的监管协调性影响因素，推进基层食药监系统的监管效能提升，本文基于文献研究和专家访谈，并通过对基层食药监执法人员的问卷调查，采用因子分析法对影响因素进行探讨。经分析认为，监管体制、协作制度、监管力量配置和监管环境4个因素对监管协调性有显著影响，未来基层食药监系统应从合理设置监管体制和运作制度、强化基层监管力量以及完善和统一相关技术标准和信息平台等方面入手，提高协调性以促进监管效能的提升。
