摘 要 目的：评价机构舒缓疗护对改善晚期肿瘤患者生活质量的作用。方法：2012年7月至2013年12月，采用问卷调查方式分析120例晚期肿瘤患者接受舒缓疗护前后生活质量的变化情况。结果：机构舒缓治疗后，患者躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、疼痛、恶心呕吐、便秘、睡眠、整体生活质量较前改善，角色功能、社会功能、疲乏、食欲丧失较前加重。结论：通过开展机构舒缓疗护，可以很大程度上改善临终患者不适症状，提高生活质量。

    Analysis of the impact of the hospice care on the life quality of the advanced cancer patients in Huajin Community of Xuhui District

    ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the effect of hospice care on the life quality of patients with advanced cancer. Methods: From July 2012 to Nov. 2013, the life quality of 120 patients with advanced cancer was analyzed with questionnaire before and after the hospice care. Results: After the hospice care in the center, the functions of the patients including physical, emotion and recognition were improved. The pain, nausea and vomiting, constipation, sleep, and the overall life quality of the patients were better than before. Their role function, social function, fatigue, and loss of appetite were worse than before. Conclusion: Through the development of the hospice care in the center the uncomfortable symptoms of the hospice patients are able to be largely improved, and their life quality is enhanced. ......
