摘 要 目的：了解上海市中心城区慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)的发病率及居民对其的知晓率，为社区健康管理提供依据。方法：2013年对天平、湖南街道496名成人进行慢阻肺的问卷调查及肺功能检查，以了解慢阻肺的发病率及居民对其的知晓率。结果：社区慢阻肺的检出率较高，为8.47%(41/496)，居民对慢阻肺的知晓率较低，为17.9%(89/496)。结论：有必要对社区慢阻肺患者进行健康管理。
