摘 要 目的：分析我院2011年10月-2014年 9 月住院药房麻醉药品的临床使用情况及用药趋势，评价其合理性，为规范临床麻醉药品的使用提供参考。方法：对我院住院药房使用的麻醉药品按照药名、规格、用量、总用药量和金额等指标进行统计，计算各类药物的用药频度(DDDs)并进行排序，分析使用情况。结果：麻醉药品DDDs排序，芬太尼注射液、芬太尼贴剂、羟考酮缓释片和注射用瑞芬太尼排列前4位。结论：我院麻醉药品用药结构基本合理。作为止痛治疗标准用药吗啡的用量还较低，仍需加强宣传培训。
