膝关节镜下有限清理术联合五方散贴敷治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察(1)
摘 要 目的：探讨膝关节镜下有限清理术联合五方散贴敷治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：选取2012年5月-2014年2月我院骨科收治的单侧膝关节骨性关节炎患者86例，按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=41)，对照组患者行关节镜下有限清理术，研究组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上联合五方散贴敷治疗，观察两组患者临床疗效及临床症状、体征改善情况，并分别于治疗前、治疗7 d、30 d后采用WOMAC评分系统评价两组患者术后膝关节功能恢复情况。结果：研究组患者治疗后总有效率为86.67%，对照组为73.17%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后夜间或静息痛、晨僵、活动或站立痛、关节肿胀、屈伸不利等症状治疗有效率均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前WOMAC评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗7 d、30 d后研究组WOMAC综合评分均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论：膝关节镜下有限清理术联合五方散贴敷可显著改善老年膝骨性关节炎患者临床症状、体征和关节功能。

ABSTRACT Objective： To discuss the efficacy of limited arthroscopic debridement of knee arthroscopy combined with Wufangsan sticking in the treatment of elder patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Eithty-six cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) were selected and randomly divided into a study group (n=45) and a control group (n=41). The control group was treated by limited arthroscopic debridement of knee arthroscopy while the study group by Wufangsan sticking treatment on the treatment basis of control group. The clinical effect and the improvement of clinical symptom between two groups were observed and compared. The recovery of knee joint function was evaluated by WOMAC scoring system after surgery， before treatment and 7th and 30th days after treatment， respectively. Results： The total effective rate was 86.67% in the study group and 73.17% in the control group (P<0.05). The clinical symptoms such as night or rest pain， early morning stiffness， events or standing pain， joint swelling and flexion and extension negative were significantly improved in the study group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the WOMAC score before treatment between two groups (P>0.05). The WOMANC score was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion： The knee arthritis symptoms， signs and joint function of the elder patients with knee osteoarthritis can be improved by limited arthroscopic debridement of knee arthroscopy combined with Wufangsan sticking treatment.
