摘 要 目的：分析奉贤区海湾镇燎原社区卫生服务中心住院精神障碍患者死亡原因。方法：对2008年1月至2012年12月住院精神障碍患者死亡原因进行回顾性分析。结果：5年内患者死亡46例，其中因躯体疾病死亡44例，噎食窒息2例。46例中有38例院方建议转上级医院治疗，但家属均书面表示放弃治疗，其中部分患者如得到进一步治疗尚有挽回生命的机会。结论：住院精神障碍患者死亡与患者监护人对患者的态度在一定程度上相关。
