摘 要 社区老年人长久失眠(不寐)会导致各种急慢性疾病，如高血压、冠心病甚至脑卒中等。近年来，临床常采用头部针刺治疗和头部针刺联合中医非药物疗法治疗不寐，具有较好的疗效、较小的副作用和安全、廉价的优势。本文综述头部针刺治疗不寐的研究进展。
