蛇床子散加减熏洗与护理干预治疗阴道炎效果(1)
摘 要 目的：探究蛇床子散加减熏洗与护理干预治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法：收集2015年2月至2017年2月收治的阴道炎患者60例，分为对照组和试验组各30例，两组均采用蛇床子散加减熏洗治疗，对照组采用常规护理，试验组则采用护理干预。记录并比较两组疗效以及护理满意度。结果：经蛇床子散加减熏洗两组患者的阴道炎均有好转，但试验组疗效得分为(91.4±8.5)分，明显优于对照组的(82.8±14.1)分，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度得分为(94.8±6.8)分，对照组为(81.9±11.4)分，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用蛇床子散加减熏洗联合护理干预治疗阴道炎能有效提高患者的治疗效果，值得在临床推广应用。

Effect of fumigation and washing by addition and subtraction of Cnidium fruit powder and nursing intervention in the treatment of vaginitis

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation and washing with addition and subtraction of Cnidium fruit powder and nursing intervention in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods： From February 2015 to February 2017， 60 cases of vaginitis were collected in the hospital and divided into a control group and an experimental group with 30 cases in each group， both groups were treated with fumigation and washing with addition and subtraction of Cnidium fruit powder， the control group received routine nursing care， and the experimental group were treated with the nursing intervention. The treatment efficacy and satisfaction of nursing care were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results： The symptoms of vaginitis in the two groups were improved by fumigation and washing with addition and subtraction of Cnidium fruit powder， but the curative effect score of the experimental group was (91.4±8.5) points， which was obviously better than that of the control group (82.8±14.1)， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was (94.8±6.8) points， and that of the control group was (81.9±11.4) points， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： It is effective to improve the curative effect of the treatment of vaginitis by adopting the therapy of fumigation and washing with addition and subtraction of Cnidium fruit powder combined with nursing intervention， and it is worthy of clinical application.

陰道炎是多发于阴道黏膜及黏膜下结缔组织的炎症，是临床上常见的妇科疾病，临床表现为白带异常变化，并伴有外阴瘙痒[1]。阴道炎多由性途径传播，且容易反复发作，临床较难治愈[2]。中医外治法是一种十分重要的治疗方式，能让药物直达病灶，有很好的临床治疗效果[3]。本文报道采用蛇床子散加减熏洗给合护理干预治疗阴道炎患者的疗效。 (钟玉南 钟嫦艳 江芸 钟淑红 文奕 阳国华)
