摘 要 系统性硬化症是一种复杂的自身免疫性疾病，其病因目前尚不清晰。近年来的研究发现，表观遗传因素参与了多种复杂疾病的发病过程。表观遗传因素由于同时受到遗传和环境因素的影响，可更深入地解释疾病发病相关机制。本文介绍系统性硬化症表观遗传学研究进展。
