经颅直流电刺激改善帕金森病患者步态及平衡障碍的研究进展
郭慧敏 朱玉连摘 要 帕金森病为不可逆的神经退行性疾病,严重影响患者身心健康和生活质量,其中步态及平衡障碍是帕金森病致残的重要因素,而药物和手术的改善效果不佳。经颅直流电刺激是一种无创的神经调控技术,近年来已用于多种疾病的临床康复治疗,其安全性和可操作性强,应用前景好。本文就经颅直流电的作用机制及其在帕金森病患者的步态平衡方面的研究现状进行综述。

ABSTRACT Parkinsons disease (PD) is an irreversible neurodegenerative disease that seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients. Among them, gait and balance disorders are the important factors of PD disability, and the improvement effect of drugs and surgery is not good. Transcranial direct current stimulation is a non-invasive neuromodulation technique, which has been used in the clinical rehabilitation treatment of many diseases in recent years, with strong safety and operability and good application prospects.
