    摘 要 甲状腺结节患病率逐年升高，对现有的临床诊疗与管理策略提出挑战，而当今社区卫生服务中心发展如火如荼，利用社区医疗资源完成基本甲状腺结节的筛查、诊疗和随访，不仅是社区卫生服务中心特色发展的需要，也是医疗资源合理分配、避免综合医院医疗挤兑的重要措施。该文根据当前上海地区社区卫生服务中心的医疗能力，结合国内外甲状腺结节诊疗指南推荐，总结出适合在上海地区社区卫生服务中心开展的甲状腺结节诊疗及管理措施，供社区发展参考。
