摘 要 目的：分析住院精神分裂症患者在治疗期间血清非酶类抗氧化物浓度的动态变化。方法：对133名住院的精神分裂症患者作为观察组，分别检测不同时间节点非酶类抗氧化物浓度，并对比不同年龄层非酶类抗氧化物的浓度，同时将120名健康居民作为对照进行对比。结果：组间对比，观察组入院时血清总胆红素(TBil)浓度和尿酸(UA)浓度均高于对照组，治疗4周和治疗8周后的TBil和UA浓度均低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗8周后的白蛋白(ALB)浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)，入院时和治疗4周后的ALB浓度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。组内对比，观察组治疗4周和治疗8周后的TBil和UA浓度均低于入院时(P<0.05)。40～50岁患者入院时和治疗4周后的ALB浓度低于18～28岁和29～39岁患者(P<0.05)；其余指标在不同年龄段的差异无统计学意义。结论：治疗前，精神分裂症患者处于高度氧化应激状态，经过治疗后，患者整体抗氧化能力低于健康人群，需要坚持治疗；高年龄层的患者，其抗氧化能力更弱，更应坚持规范治疗，改善整体预后。
