【摘要】目的:比较欣渠与芬必得治疗偏头痛急性发作的疗效。方法:将60 例偏头痛患者随机分为欣渠治疗组30例,芬必得治疗对照组30例,头痛开始发作时分别服用欣渠5mg及芬必得0.3g。分别观察服药后4h的头痛缓解率;观察患者服药后药物起效的时间;药物的不良反应。 结果:服药4h治疗组总有效率86.67%明显高于对照组总有效率63.33%,两组疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组组起效时间为(0.78±0.48)h,对照组(1.05±0.71)h;不良反应发生率分别为治疗组13.33%、对照组16.67%,均轻微。结论:欣渠治疗偏头痛急性发作的疗效显著,起效时间快,不良反应轻。

    【Abstract】Objective To compare Fenbid Yan Drainage and treatment of acute attack of migraine treatment. Methods60 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group yan 30 cases of drainage, Fenbid treatment of 30 cases of the control group, were headache attack began taking 5mg and Fenbid Yan Drainage 0.3g. Were observed 4 hours after taking the headache response rate; observation of patients taking the drug after the onset of the time; the adverse reactions of drugs. The results of four hours taking the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than 86.67% of total 63.33% efficient, the two groups was significant efficacy difference (P<0.01). The treatment group for the onset time of (0.78 ± 0.48)h, the control group (1.05 ± 0.71)h; the incidence of adverse reactions to the treatment group were 13.33, 16.67% in control group were mild; conclusions Yan Drainage treatment of acute migraine attack marked effect, faster onset time, adverse effects of light. ......
