现阶段医学生创业存在的问题及改进措施(1)
作者简介:冯修猛,男,黑龙江人,1976年2月生,讲师,硕士研究生,牡丹江医学院教务处工作,研究方向:高等教育管理、医学教育。【摘要】医学毕业生就业形势不容乐观,自主创业作为充分就业的一种新形式将成为一种不可阻挡的潮流。文章对医学生创业中存在的问题,做了进一步分析,积极探索创业成功的策略,针对培养学生创业意识、创业素质和创业能力,鼓励医学生自主创业,提出具体改进措施,以化解就业矛盾和压力。

【Abstract】Nowadays Job market is rather tough for medical graduate,so it is unpreventable that business start-up,one form of full employment,becomes a new way to promote employment.The paper is meant to carry out a further analysis of the existing problems of medical students' creating business and explore the strategy for successful business start-up.Meanwhile,in view of cultivating students' consciousness,quality and capability of starting up business,it also puts forward a few detailed and exact improvement actions to relieve the pressure of employment and resolve contradictions. ......
