52例冠心病患者临床治疗研究
【摘要】目的:探讨冠心病患者常见并发症诊治中的问题及方法。方法:采用回顾性分析我院自2009年12月~2010年1月冠心病患者52例,对常见并发症进行相应的临床分析,并根据患者特点进行治疗。结果:各类患者诊断病情进行相应的治疗方法诊治后,治愈率达到86.53%。结论:对冠心病患者进行诊治时要注意鉴别诊断,以合理的治疗方法减轻或缓解症状,应在取得诊断依据下就行确诊,避免误诊,同时进行及早地干预治疗是可取的。【关键词】冠心病;临床;诊断治疗

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and complications.Methods:A retrospective study since December 2009-2010 January fifty-two patients with coronary heart disease,the common complications,and the corresponding analysis of clinical treatment according to the characteristics of patients.Results:Various complications after diagnosis and treatment,the cure rate reached 86.54% and discharge follow-up 4 months without complications.Conclusion:In patients with coronary heart disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis should notice,with reasonable treatment should relieve or ease symptoms,the diagnosis is confirmed according to the next,avoid misdiagnosis,simultaneously early intervention therapists advisable. ......
