92例结肠癌梗阻临床分析(1)
【摘要】目的:探讨结肠癌梗阻的外科治疗。方法:对2001年1月至2010年6月间手术治疗的92例结肠癌梗阻病例资料,进行临床和病理资料的回顾性分析。结果:92例中,男性56例,女性36例,年龄35~82岁,平均55岁。病变部位:结肠脾曲及降结肠32例,乙状结肠26例,直肠20例,右半结肠12例,横结肠2例。82例(89.1%)行根治性手术,10例(10.9%)行姑息性手术治疗。其中4例(占4.3%)手术后死亡。结论:结肠癌合并急性梗阻病人病情复杂,病情进展迅速,应积极开展手术进行治疗,合理地选择手术方式和手术操作步骤及围手术期的正确处理。【关键词】结肠癌;肠梗阻;临床分析doi:10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2010.09.012文章编号:1006-1959(2010)-09-2309-02

【Abstract】Objective:To aualyze the surgical treatment of colon obstraction.Methods:Pairs from January 2001 to June 2010 between the sargical treatment of the medical records of 92patients with colon obstruction,clinical and pathological data weve retraspectively andlyzed.Resalts:92 cases,the male 56 cases,female 36 cases,aged 35 to 82 years,with an average age of 55 years.Lesion:colon splenic flexure and clescerding colon in 16 cases,13cases of sigmoid colon,rectum in 20 cases,12 cases of right colon,transverse colon in 1 case.82cases(89.1%) underwent radical sargery,10cases(10.9%) underwent palliative surgery.Of which 24cases(4.3%)died after surgeny.Concleesion:Acute Obstraction of colon cancer patients with complex conditions,disease progress rapidly,should be actively surgery.Operation is the key to the success of rational choice method of operation,the correct operation and the necessary surgical perioperative management. ......
