护理干预在中青年高血压病患者随访中的效果
作者简介:蒋丽雅(1974- ),女,重庆,主管护师,本科,主攻老年心血管病护理,新疆石河子大学医学院一附院老干一科;张晓娟(1984-),女,新疆,护师,大专,主攻老年病护理,新疆阜康市人民医院内三科。【摘要】目的:探讨护理干预对新发高血压病患者在社区降压中的作用。方法:随机选择60例高血压病患者,分为护理干预组和对照组,每组各30例。记录两组血压等一般情况,干预组通过电话随访。两组在4周后复诊。结果:两组血压均较前下降(P<0.05),干预组下降较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:通过正规治疗患者血压均可下降,护理干预组下降的更明显。

【Abstract】Objective:Investigate the effects of controlling essential hypertension of preliminary diagnosis in community by care intervention.Methods:Researchers chosed case group and control group,and there were 30 in every group at random.they recorded gender,age,hight,weight and blood pressure.case group were followed up at every week until 4 weeks.Results:Blood pressure was degraded at two groups(P<0.05),and case group were obviouser than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effective of degrading blood pressure was better at case group than control group. ......
