摘要：目的 调查我院的ICU护理工作满意度情况，并提出提高患者满意度的改进对策。方法 采用ACSI模型对护理工作满意度进行问卷设计，通过发放问卷的方式，进行数理统计，通过五级李克特量表对满意度进行量化。 结论 发现我院ICU护理中存在的问题，提出了相应的改进对策，并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

Abstract：Objective To study the satisfaction of ICU nursing in our hospital， and propose some methods of promoting the patients'satisfaction.
