昂丹司琼治疗后循环脑梗死所致呕吐的临床观察(1)

     摘要：目的 观察昂丹司琼对后循环脑梗死所致呕吐的临床疗效。方法 纳入后循环脑梗死伴眩晕及恶心呕吐症状者60例，随机分设对照组(常规治疗)和治疗组(在常规治疗的基础上加用昂丹司琼止呕)，记录完全缓解、部分缓解、总有效人数及不良反应情况。结果 治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，出现不良反应未增加。结论 使用昂丹司琼治疗后循环脑梗死呕吐效佳且安全。
