摘要：目的探讨无痛人流术的护理措施。方法对照组180例常规护理,观察组180例在常规治疗护理基础上，针对患者的心理特点，进行术前、术后及随访时心理护理干预。结果两组手术时间比较，无统计学差异(P>0.05)；术中出血量、人流综合征、术后疼痛比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过全方位有效的护理措施可以有效降低无痛人流术后并发症发生率。
