白酒对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响

摘要：目的 研究不同浓度的白酒对小鼠缺氧耐受性的影响。方法 将小鼠随机分为4组：低浓度组、中浓度组、高浓度组以及生理盐水组，灌入白酒或生理盐水后，放入缺氧瓶中，制成低张性缺氧动物模型，计算小鼠在缺氧瓶中存活的时间并观察其呼吸频率、唇色等变化和活动情况。结果 灌入高浓度白酒组的小鼠在缺氧瓶存活时间最长，与灌入生理盐水组比较具有显著差异(P<0.001)，而灌入低浓度白酒组和灌入中浓度白酒组的小鼠与灌入生理盐水组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 高浓度白酒能明显提高小鼠的缺氧耐受性。
