摘要：目的 探讨输液性静脉炎的有效治疗方法。方法 将342例输液性级静脉炎的患者随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组1~4级静脉炎，均使用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏外涂患处，实验组，按静脉炎的严重程度实施针对性分级治疗。结果 实验组治疗1级静脉炎的效果与对照组无差异，而实验组治疗4级静脉炎的总有效率、痊愈率明显高于对照组，有显著的统计学意义。结论 输液性静脉炎的治疗应根据静脉炎的严重程度，进行分级的处理和治疗，才能更好提高治疗的有效性和针对性，减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effective method for the treatment of infusion phlebitis. Methods To divide randomly 342 cases of phlebitis infusion into control group and experimental group, control group 1~4 level of phlebitis, are the use of MPS cream coated surface of the skin, polysaccharide in experimental group, the implementation of targeted treatment of classification according to the severity of phlebitis.
