摘要：目的对社区门诊静脉输液与感染及其预防措施进行分析与探讨。方法总结基层医院门诊静脉输液的现状，对社区门诊静脉输液所导致的感染进行分析。结果导致输液感染包括主观因素(医务人员与患者因素)与客观因素(输液污染、环境未达标以及不当操作)。结论加强管理，改善输液环境；建立并严格执行消毒隔离管理制度；提高医护人员知识水平等，是减少输液感染以及有效预防的关键。
