摘要：目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的早期诊断的价值。方法 选二维超声诊断疑似乳腺癌患者50例分别进行彩色多普勒超声检查进行回顾性分析。结果 彩色多普勒超声与手术病理结果呈高度相关性。结论 彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌的检查具有无痛、无创、诊断率高等优点，并可进行持续的多切面动态观察，测量血液流动动态；是常规乳腺疾病行超声检查的主要方法之一，对筛查乳腺癌，并进行确诊，制定相关治疗方案，具有重要意义。
