摘要：目的探讨外固定架治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的围手术期护理对患者康复的影响。方法对收治的83例胫腓骨粉碎性骨折应用外固定治疗的患者进行术后护理，主要是术前护理、术后的血液循环、外固定架针道的护理以及进行恢复性功能锻炼。结果83例全部病例随访发现，全部患者的骨折均愈合，没有出现严重 的并发症，没有出现骨髓炎、针道感染和关节功能障碍等。结论对骨折患者进行合理的护理，可以减少临床并发症，促进患者骨折愈合。

    External Fixation of Comminuted Fracture of Perioperative Nursing 83 Cases

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of external fixation of comminuted fracture of the perioperative care of patients with rehabilitation.Methods83 cases were treated with external fixation of tibia and fibula fractures in patients with postoperative care applications,primarily preoperative care,postoperative blood circulation,external fixator pin tract care and recovery of functional exercise.Results83 cases of all patients were followed up, all fractures were healed patients, no serious complications, no osteomyelitis, pin tract infection and joint dysfunction. ConclusionReasonable nursing for the patients with fracture, can reduce complications, promote the patient of fracture healing. ......
