摘要：目的探究人性化的护理方法在泌尿外科护理中应用的效果。方法对我院泌尿外科2011年10月~2013年10月收治的患者进行抽样，选取68例患者，并将其分为对照组和观察组各34例患者，对对照组患者进行常规护理，对观察组实行常规护理联合人性化护理。对两组患者对护理服务的满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组的患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组，且差异均有统计字意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科实行人性化护理能有效提高患者对护理服务的满意度和护理质量，值得在临床上推广和应用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application of humanized nursing methods in Department of Urology nursing effect. MethodsIn our hospital in 2011 October to 2013 October in Department of urology patients admitted for sampling, 68 patients were chosen, and divided into control group and observation group each 34 cases, the control group were given routine nursing care, the nursing and humanistic care on the observation group. ResultsThe group of patients to nursing job satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference has statistics significance (P < 0.05).
